State is a tree that was found early in 2019, and we have been watching its production for the for a few seasons. Even in the recent drought conditions that California has faced, the mother tree has proven to be a solid producer.
State is a medium-sized blush colored fig, with a light and refreshing flavor. The pulp of the fruit has a lightly-sweet, thick like molasses texture. It bears a thinner skin, that adds a hint of "tang" when eaten whole.
