SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY

All shipping is sent via USPS, unless otherwise noted.  US customers will be charged a $15 flat rate for shipping and handling on all orders, unless otherwise noted.  This fee is for postage cost, as well as handling fees incurred, which may include labor costs in picking/cutting, sanitizing materials and sanitizing, packing, use of packing products such as bubble wraps, boxes, cartons, labelling and tagging, and loading.

 

Because we try our very best to procure fresh cuttings.  As such, please allow 14 BUSINESS DAYS to receive a shipping notification, before inquiring the location of your package. 

 

International customers will be charge a $150 flat rate for shipping and phytosanitary certificate, and may take a minimum of 6 weeks for processing and shipping, unless otherwise noted.

RETURN POLICY

We do our best to provide healthy plants and fresh, quality cuttings with the best chances of rooting success.  A refund or replacement may be available for any items not received or items received in poor condition, subject to the extent of damage.  If you have any issues upon receipt of your plants or cuttings, please contact us within 48 hours of missed delivery; or receipt of damaged delivery with photos of the damaged/poorly received item, packaging, and labeling on plant or cutting.  We will assess, and work to find the best possible solution.

Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping, therefore only the purchase costs will be refunded.  If you request the option of replacement, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the new package.

 

We do not have control once shipment reaches the customer, and the 48 hour contact period for damaged/poor condition has lapsed.  We do not replace any plants/cuttings that are damaged or die due to excessive temperatures (hot or cold), outside of this contact period.

The customer is responsible for caring for the plant/cuttings. We do not cover death due to improper storage (namely cuttings), or lack of care (namely plants). Just like us, plants need proper shade/warmth (zone dependent), water, and food (fertilizing).

We do not have control over customer’s rooting techniques and cannot guarantee that cuttings will root.  We will not refund/replace simply because they did not root.  Packages will include basic rooting instructions, but we advise customers do their research and find what works best for their conditions.
