Jolly Rancher is a fig that was found in a grove of seedlings on the southern edge of Wine Country in Northern California. Growing through abandoned fencing below a bird perch;. this particular fig bears a distinct tart cherry undertone that is reminiscent of a cherry jolly rancher. Not a particularly large fig, but beautiful none-the-less. Thicker skinned, but bright burgundy flesh and a light seed crunch. This tree was still producing/ripening edible fruit well in to November. One of our most asked after varieties, there is very limited stock available.
