The TFH 514, Trinity UNK is an older variety fig that has only been released as a jam flavor until now. This smaller, black fig, has a slightly astringent skin, but a solid pop when bitten into. It also has a light seed crunch and a unique "trail mix" kind of flavor that is both fruity and nutty. A perfect addition to any fig collection.
