This fig was a hit at the many fig festivals hosted by The Fig Hunter®!  It bears a small breba crop, but a very productive main crop.  What makes this one so special, is its abilitly to dry on the tree.  TFH-498, Sugar Facere is similar to TFH-499 in flavor, and we believe it to be the parent tree.  However, TFH-498 is slightly smaller, and dehydrates very well.  The flavor concentration is remarkable.
