Foster's is one of our newest finds. It is a moderately sized green fig, that bears soft cracking when fully ripe. It has a very sugar forward flavor, with slight hints of banana. Foster's is by far one of the juiciest figs we've come across, and not in a sticky syrupy way, but just literal juice running out from the moment it is cut open.

All cuttings are 6 inches or longer, with 3 or more nodes. All cuttings will be freshly sealed at time of shipping. This was a 2021 find, and for the sake of transparency, we cannot yet confirm if it is common. Cuttings have been sent out of the area for growing and confirmation.
