Tehama Oro de Blanco is an interesting find. This fig was found down the side of a hill near railroad tracks. It gets hit with our intense Northern California summer sun, and seems to dehydrate well. Tehama Oro de Blanco has a skin than get chewier the more dehydrated it gets. It has a subtle berry and honey flavor, with very little seed crunch.
