This delicious fig weighs between 114g and 129g, on our certified scale. Amen's Citron is very juicy, with an interior that can be scooped out and used immediately as jam. It has a fruity sweetness, with citrus notes that become more forward as you get closer to the eye of the fig. It bears a thin skin that melts away as you bite in to the fruit, and a surprisingly light seed crunch. You will find beautiful color variations on this fig, with greens, to grayish purple, striping, and sugar cracking. Amen's Citron has been a #burkefamilyfarms favorite sine we first discovered it.
