Rick's fig is an absolutely amazing seedling.  It was found growing in an old concrete silo.  We would venture to say that this is a rather hardy variety, given that it grew 40+ feet up just to reach the sun.  The mother tree is subject to both heat and cold radiated from the concrete.
 
Rick's fig is a moderately sized green fig.  It has crunch, but not neccessarily due to seediness.  The fruit itself has a berry tanginess.
